There are now FIVE easy ways that you can pay your rent each month!
1) In-Person Payments – Residents may pay in person via personal check or money order by dropping it by the Leasing Center or placing it in the drop box located outside the office. NO additional fees apply.
2) Online Auto-Pay – Residents may set up Auto-Pay using eCheck at www.RentPayment.com. AutoPay is an automatic recurring direct debit from your Checking or Savings Account to pay rent seamlessly each month. There's no charge and with AutoPay, you never have to remember to pay rent again!
3) Online E-Check – Residents may make a one-time payment with E-Check at www.RentPayment.com. An eCheck is an electronic version of a paper check used to process a payment online using your Checking or Savings account information. There's no convenience fee with eCheck and it allows you to pay rent quickly and easily from any computer, tablet or smartphone.
4) Online Credit/Debit – Residents may pay via credit/debit card at www.RentPayment.com. RentPayment charges a $27.95 convenience fee to process your request. Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted.
5) Rent By Phone – Residents may call toll-free, 1-866-289-5977, to speak with RentPaymentCustomer Service and pay rent via telephone using a credit/debit card or with banking information. RentPayment charges a $33.95 convenience fee to process any payment made over the phone. Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted.
If you choose to use any of the online payment options offered through RentPayment, use the following instructions to get started:
- Visit www.RentPayment.com
- Find the New User section and select “Pay Rent.”
- Search for Blu Atlantic, and confirm the correct address.
- Sign Up and create a login name and password.
- Select Setup AutoPay or Make One-Time Payment.
